Good Morning! Recently, both my partner’s and my Grindstone 4 databases crashed. It might have been a Windows 10 update, but no matter.
Our backup settings were set to 240 backup files at the default location. Imagine our surprise when we discovered that there were indeed the 240 backup files, but that backups had stopped when the number of files reached that magic number! I was fortunate to have one from late August, but my partners last backup was in mid 2020.
Does Grindstone 4 not remove old backup files as they are needed to make room for current ones? If it does, what are the settings needed to allow this?
