Day timer view

Is there anyway to display a timer for the day or a sum of all the days time in the main window??
Example.
I work for 8hours, I would like to know how much of that 8 hours I have left to work for the day, since my start time varies each day).

Glass half empty kind of guy? Previous version of Grindstone, pre-V4, had an egg time one could set and would count down. In lieu of that, v4 has a reminder to stop working after xx:xx amount of time. Would that do the trick? Click Grindstone menu > Options > Timing tab.

Thankd @donvnielsen, I found the timing preferences.
I also found that you can change the timer to sum up all the time during the day by right clicking on the icon. I think this will work for now.
