Timesheets for Timeslices across two days giving incorrect summary

Hi,

When doing timesheets that timeslices that go across multiple days, the hours are allocated to the day when the timeslice started.
i.e. an 11pm-7pm shift would count 8 hours in the “1st” day

I tried to split the timeslice into two around midnight, but grindstore doesn’t split consecutive work items.

Is there are way around this?

I found the option in Options > Timing to turn off automatic merge.

It is technically possible to implement a function that would split of timeslices that cross multiple days at midnight?

It is, but it’s unlikely to happen as, as far as I’m aware, you’re the only user to request this. You could make an extension for Pro that did it.
