Feature Request - After idle status

I have been a GrindStone users from ver3 days
Thanks a lot for the fantastic product, it’ll be much appreciated if the following features are included

  1. Users is presented with the list of options to select when he resumes work after break, please include a new option ‘Default Task When resuming from break’, this will be of great help

  2. When users resumes from break just show only the option to select the options, instead of a message 'GrindStone has noticed your return ', this will save multiple clicks
