My idea is to develop an extension to automate the loading of tracked times to jira cloud. I have many experience with development and Jira Cloud APIs, so I can help with the coding, but I have not found documentation on how to start developing it.

We do not have a thorough reference available for extension development. However, we do have several examples available for you to look at here. We will also answer any questions you might have while you’re developing your extension in a category on this forum specifically for that.
