Does Tech Support Improve If You Buy A Subscription?

We currently have Grindstone 4 on two desktops, Grindstone for iOS on two iPhones, and Grindstone Sync Cloud (in free trial).

Starting over a week ago I have sent several messages about various issues to Epiforge via the “Speak with a Specialist” feature, and have not received any replies.

Is this typical?

How can we get better tech support from Epiforge?

Will Epiforge’s tech support improve when we start paying for Grindstone Sync or if we buy Grindstone Pro?

I once had trouble installing the mobile version on android. I wrote directly to the email adress in the contact details of play store. Received support in a matter of days…
